Toroa Café Decided to go out for a coffee as it had been too long since we had gone out for one, so on a nice Sunday afternoon we went for a drive out on the peninsula out to the albatross colony.
Nice range of food to choose from and a menu of food as well. I had a sausage roll and nighthawk had a sausage roll which came with a small salad and a nicely decorated plate.

Pleasant service and a great spot to visit but had a bit of a feel of a tea room as it is designed for a bus load of tourist to fit in around a tour. Still nice food and a reasonable price - around $20 with coffees.

While you could then go on a guided tour around and see the Albatross's and gun emplacement which is about an hour and a half long for around $60 per person. There is still a bit to see that is free.
