The Defence Force will make public each occasion its soldiers are alleged to have killed civilians, as the military aims to reform itself after the damning Operation Burnham inquiry.
The inquiry last year found the Defence Force had misled ministers and the public about allegations of civilian deaths after the 2010 Special Air Service-led raid in Afghanistan, allegations which top brass failed to properly investigate. No civilians were wrongfully killed in the raid, the inquiry found.

So the Type 31 and the Upgraded New Zealand ANZAC frigate what are the differences. Which is better. The upgraded ANZAC or Type31
Now to be totally fair here the Type 31e (e for export) is made to the customers requirements. And the 250 Million pound per frigate is only the hull not counting any systems or weapons.

A Royal New Zealand Air Force (RNZAF) C-130 Hercules will transport emergency relief supplies to Fiji following Tropical Cyclone Ana. The first of two flights left RNZAF Base Auckland shortly after midday.
New Zealand’s thoughts are with the people of Fiji who have been affected by the cyclone and the associated flooding. We are providing support to the Government of Fiji as it assesses the damage and responds to emergency needs.
