Since we had firewood coming today and Xaria is still too cheap to pay for parking, and we have both been up since 5am as well as we are knocking off the cafes we can't get to during the weekend's we decided another early cafescapade. Today's target The Kitchen Table Cafe and Bake.
Name: The Kitchen Table Cafe and Bake.
Address: 111 Moray Place, Central Dunedin, Dunedin 9016
Web: https://www.facebook.com/TheKitchenTable111/
I have known about this cafe for some time but never had the chance to go to it, well today that changed. After finding a car park just round the corner and walking to the wrong door... The other door Nighthawk... the other door...
We wondered in to make our order... today... was Bacon Muffin's and coffee. There were already a few people there, including a table having a full breakfast as well as a few others coming and going.
We found a seat on the upper layer, and muffins were only like a minute waiting... After deciding what way I shall cut and insert the butter and allow it to melt through... our coffee's arrived.
The muffin was freshly baked and was pretty damned good with the added butter is was fluffy and moist and as I like to say gooey goodness.

Our coffee's were not bad either, possibly a little much froth for a flat white but over all was fine for our tastes.
Staff were friendly and reasonable prices in today's world, from memory this lot cost something like $22.50.
Overall this cafe most definitely had the cafe feel too it and will happily go back and was a good cafescapade experience. Xaria did find out that they do actually open on Saturdays, we thought they weren't hence tackling this one during our day's off work.
