It's Friday and I had an eye test appointment... new glasses... ouch! An hour and a half of my life I won't get back, over all by time I had the consultation, the test (The also threw in a free hearing test as part of there service) and choose 2 sets of frames (slightly different because one pair is my pair I will hopefully wear for 80% of the time they are progressive glasses and the second pair for when I am at the computer etc...) this all took nearly an hour and half and when I finished the appointment it was coming up on lunch time and not our standard morning tea time.

So the first cafe we visited for some odd reason was closing before lunch...??? which was weird but okay we just wandered down to the next cafe was, so happened to be Tiffanys.
Tiffany's has a large selection on cabinet food available from sandwiches and scones, rolls and panini's, cakes and sweets to pie's, cheese rolls and pastry's. So there should be something for everyone.
Since it was lunching time Xaria got a sandwich roll, and a savory cheese scone, while I got a bacon and egg panini as well as a scone and we also ordered our normal coffee's.

Tiffany's has that old tea room feel to it with the self serve counter then you order your coffee and pay... they did take the scones and panini to heat them.
We found a seat and it was not too long before our coffee's turned up followed by the scones. The bacon & egg panini took a little bit longer about eating 1/2 scone longer. 
We both enjoyed the scones... and Xaria said she enjoyed her old school sandwich roll basically saying how she hadn't had one in such a long time and you can't really go wrong with them.
Overall while we said it has the old tearoom feel to it but it also still moved with with times and also has that modern cafe feel to it. Prices were pretty good as well can't remember the exact price around $30.00 and considering we ordered extra today that wasn't to bad.
The place seemed pretty clean all round, and the staff were friendly enough. I did notice the chips out of the coffee cup saucer but that didn't bother to much me as the actual cup was fine. Overall not a bad cafescapade experience.
