Yes it is bad that that people have lost everything, but that is the risk you take... "oh but I can't afford Insurance..." my answer to this "Fuck neither can I... But I can't afford not to have it more!"
Why should I bother with continuing to pay my insurance now if the government is just going to hand me so money and fix EVERYTHING" and I didn't have to pay any insurance.Get the damned insurance... it is what it is there for...
