I agree that the "on again off again", "stop, go" way we do defence procurements between the left and right wing parties makes it very hard to get anything done. 

We need a proper and clear long term bipartisan strategic plan that both parties agree with in principle, this can then help with what is needed for our defence force to go forward and do the job.
