Ten more people were sickened with coronavirus aboard the Diamond Princess in Yokohama, one of two quarantined cruise ships with some 5,400 passengers and crew aboard, health officials in Japan said today.

The coronavirus death doll has now claimed 563 lives, with over 28,000 confirmed cases.

A New Zealander on board the Diamond Princess cruise ship has tested positive for the coronavirus, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade has confirmed.

In a statement to Stuff, a MFAT spokesperson said the ministry was giving consular assistance to a New Zealander who has tested positive for coronavirus on the Diamond Princess cruise ship in Yokohama, Japan.

A New Zealander has tested positive for coronavirus on the Diamond Princess cruise ship in Japan, an MFAT spokesperson has confirmed to Newshub.

"No further details will be provided for privacy reasons," a spokesperson said.

I don't mind breastfeeding in public, and don't find it disgusting etc... and have nothing against it, however, there is a time and place, and this was not the place, simply blocking the aisle for other shoppers is not on, and because blocking said aisle it becomes a health and safety issue...
