A 23-year-old man has died after falling off an e-scooter in central Auckland on Monday.
The incident occurred about 6.15pm on Monday on Westhaven Dr, St Mary's Bay.

Police say the matter will be referred to the Coroner.
In June a 59-year-old man died in an incident involving a Lime electric scooter in downtown Auckland.
It was believed to be the first Lime scooter death in New Zealand. At the time A spokesperson for Lime told Newshub the company was "devastated" to hear of the death.
