Grow a fucken brain... you ignorant moron... first of all they will be at sea for 17 days, basically in that is quarantine for four days longer than those that do come off the plane. 99% of the crew are vaccinated and probably all will be buy the time they get here. Can you guarantee that with a cruise ship, no.   

Is it by passing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) to skip our normal strict 14-days managed isolation (MIQ). No it's not. HMNZS Aotearoa did the same thing when she came back from South Korea, HMNZS Te Kaha did the same thing coming back from Canada. Shen they are at sea the are in quarantine and I can guarantee that the are not bust out of MIQ like a lot of people have tried to do... 

Also before they are allowed ashore they still have to pass a negative covid-19 test so it is basically the same restrictions as anyone else coming into the country. So get off you fucken high horse. I am more worried that you "Edreen Sheath" are so ignorant.
