New Zealand's COVID-19 death toll remains at 11, with no more reported at Saturday's daily update.
Forgoing its regular daily press conference, the Ministry of Health said in a statement at 1:15pm there are 13 more cases of the deadly disease in New Zealand, bringing the total to 1422.
Of the new cases, eight are confirmed and five probable.
Of the 1422, 867 have recovered - up 51 from Friday.
Twenty are in hospital with COVID-19, three of them in ICU - one each in Middlemore, Dunedin and North Shore hospitals.

The patients in Dunedin and North Shore are critical.
There are still 16 significant clusters, no change from yesterday. Seven of the new cases are confirmed as linked to the clusters.
On Friday 4677 tests were carried out, a new high. The rolling seven-day average is 2905, with 79,078 in total.
Random testing carried out in Queenstown, Waikato and Canterbury found no new cases. Testing is being carried out in Auckland on Saturday at two supermarkets.
