Helen Clarke is so far behind the times... she is a has been... saying we don't need AUKUS pillar II, we don't need deployments to South china sea. Well we do need deployments to south china sea, even if it is to stop the North Koreans and their sanctions, but also to stop China from trying to control international waters which will hinder all trade that ships through that area...
