LoD: You’re professional experience spans several sectors and job roles. What are the key strands that connect these and that have led you to your current role as NZDIA CEO?
IH: I was trained as an aircraft engineer with Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group in England a long time ago. I loved aircraft and aviation, and working with the military came at an early age when I started my apprenticeship at the age of 16. I was on a team that carried out modifications for the fleet that went down to Stanley for the Falklands War, and in the process garnered a very good view into how the military works and how things change during a conflict situation. It was a very interesting time.

A recent study at the Yale School of Public Health in Connecticut, US, published in The Lancet Microbe, analysed immunological data from close viral relatives of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, to determine how long natural immunity from infection lasts for unvaccinated individuals - indicating when they should expect to become reinfected with COVID-19.

Well how would he know unless he asks and you give an answer? As you don't have to answer that question whether you are vaccinated or not. He then says well I will no sell your house... you say ok I will get another "Real Estate Agent" he just shot himself in the foot. You can choose any Real Estate Agent you wish. he puts up his commission you simply choose another agent and fire his arse. Again shot himself in the foot. He asks if you are vaccinated... you ask for another agent or go to another company. Again shot himself in the foot. he is the one loosing out not you as the seller or buyer.
Remember by law you don't even need to go through a real estate agent. By law you don't have to give personal details like this if you don't wish to.
Real Estate Agents are amongst the least trusted people on the planet as it is... and now you just made it worse.
