Porn performers in Russia were temporarily blocked from accessing their OnlyFans accounts over the weekend amid economic sanctions imposed on the country due to the Ukraine invasion. 

Several content creators hit out at the platform on Sunday saying they were unable to create new content or access their money.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged the EU on Tuesday (local time) to "prove that you are with us" in Ukraine's war with Russia, a day after Kyiv officially asked to join the bloc.

European Union lawmakers, many wearing #standwithUkraine T-shirts bearing the Ukrainian flag, others with blue-and-yellow scarves or ribbons, gave Zelenskiy a standing ovation as he addressed the European Parliament via video link.

Opinion - New Zealand's official response to Russian aggression and violations of international law have so far been strong - but they could go further.

While no NATO-aligned country can - under any circumstances - put boots on the ground in Ukraine (which could lead to world war), New Zealand must do everything tangibly possible to oppose the Russian invasion.

There are increasing concerns about Russian President Vladimir Putin's stability and the condemnation from world leaders is becoming stronger by the day. 

On Tuesday, New Zealand upped its language, calling Putin's invasion the blatant act of a bully, while the leader of the Opposition took it further labelling the Russian leader "completely unhinged".

United States officials are warning that Russian President Vladimir Putin may escalate the violence in Ukraine over frustrations of the military operation so far.

US officials have reportedly said Putin is expressing anger towards his inner circles over the state of the military campaign and the worldwide condemnation of his actions, which they say is unusual because Putin usually keeps his emotions in check.
