Deciding on where we would go for our cafescapade is slowly getting a little harder and harder as the blurriness of whether we have actually cafescapaded or just been there before we start officially cafescapading...

We were going to go to Twirls on Sunday a cafe in town on Saturday but swapped them because free parking in town on Sunday, and the cafe we choice in town was open on Sunday as well so it made sense to swap the days.
Finding a park out the front, and recognising that yes I had been here before just after the establishment opened, however it was not officially under the cafescapading umbrella.
We went in and ordered our coffee, and scone. Now Twirls is 99% setup for take aways only but has the single table and few seats if you a lucky enough to get there and no one else is using it. The lady behind the counter was a little bit taken back that we would dine in. She said she mainly uses that table for prep work. How ever she said no problem and we sat down and waited for our scones and coffee's which did not take to long to arrive.

The scone was not bad, pretty good, as was the coffee which came in a take away cup (again mainly set up for take away) Another couple came in and saw that there wasn't more seating etc and moved on. While we we were there a few people came in and ordered.
Twirls didn't have the cafe feel and atmosphere to it at all but to be fair the official title is "Twirls Boutique Bakery & Coffee House" not Cafe... it is perfect for take aways as we have said which is what they are set up for.
Also apparently Twirls has started to do roast meal take away's meals which we have heard through the grape vine are not to bad. Price was around $22.00 which was is the lower end of the scale and the lady behind the counter was friendly enough. It seemed like they have a few regulars that come in and get their coffee here which is a good sign.
