Duties

• Serving and dealing with customers, in person or via phone and email etc.
• General store duties, keeping shelves stocked and keeping tidy.
• Setting up of various displays.
• Using PacSoft software, locating, tracking items in the store (over 60,000 products) via computer and linked hand held device;
  • Checking price.
  • How many in stock.
  • Where located.
  • Last receipted.
  • Bulk printing labels.
  • Locate and delocate product /stock when required.
• Reporting possible stolen and damaged goods for stock adjustment.
• Ordering parts or products for customers.
• Matching key and cutting duplicate.
• Drive wave machine, hoisting and lowering product from shelves and cupboards.
• Health and safety protocols.
