A Gore resident has measles.
A Southern DHB spokesperson says the resident was in contact with a known case and has been in isolation throughout the infectious period.
Seven new cases have been confirmed in Queenstown bringing the total number of cases in the district health board's region to 66.
Anyone that may have been exposed to measles should watch out for symptoms and isolate themselves immediately if they start to get sick, the spokesperson says.
